Bowen Therapy
Although Bowen has been called "one of the best kept secrets" in physical healing therapy, it is quickly becoming a "mainstream" option and solution for alternative health practitioners and patients alike. Bowen utilizes small but measured inputs to the body which stimulates the body to heal itself, often profoundly. The practitioner delivers signals to the nervous system at specific locations (over muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves) and the body does the rest, responding in its own time,

Is the holistic way of treating earaches and other common issues related to the ear. Relax and unwind with this safe and effective procedure to gently remove excessive wax and debris. It takes ~ 15 min. per candle, per ear and it's recommended you not do more than two candles per ear during a session. Indian Head massage
It’s similar to the scalp massage during shampooing before getting your hair cut. However, this treatment is done while lying on a massage table. The therapist uses warm coconut oil. This oil is applied to the hair shaft as well as massaged into the scalp so that all the small muscles of the scalp will be treated as well. The oil can be left in the hair for several hours, even overnight for extra moisturizing. The treatment promotes hair growth & reduces dandruff. Coconut oil contains nutrients and medium-chain fatty acids which help not only nourish the scalp but also help remove build up of sebum which can block hair follicles and prevent hair growth. This is a great treatment for people with a dry, itchy scalp or dandruff. Dandruff can be caused by bacteria or fungal infections and coconut oil has antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties, plus the warm oil helps to soothe and moisturize the scalp. Studies have also shown coconut oil helps reduce protein loss in the hair shaft which helps prevent dry damaged hair and breakage. A full treatment is 60 minutes and involves massaging the face, neck, shoulders and scalp. You can choose to focus on only the scalp and hair or just the face, neck & shoulders so it can be done in a 30-minute appointment. Most people drift in and out of sleep during the treatment. As a bonus, this can be done in combination with a hot stone massage for up to 90 minutes of treatment. Patients report better sleep quality after an Indian Head Massage treatment.
